Based on the selected level of strategic power, this next step of the transformation process significantly expands, engages, and empowers Stakerholders and Stakeholder Groups in a progressive manner as needed to execute and manage strategic direction and sustainable differentiation.

Key actions and outcomes associated with Empowering Transformation during this step of the transformation process include:
- Holding one-to-one meetings with the Transformation Leadership Team and Key Stakeholders.
- Conducting a high-level Transformation Leadership Team and Key Stakeholder review and discussion of the phases and steps for Accelerating Market Leadership. Confirm and or revise roles, accountabilities, and sponsorship as needed.
- Identifying additional Stakeholders and Stakeholder Groups.
- Developing and initiating execution of an expanded strategy for Stakeholder Management, Change Management, and Communcations Management.
